understand its bureaucratic phraseology.

	However, should I get around to sending out a questionnaire concerning
teaching, etc., I will not inform you.  It is time someone took a
stand against this nonsense, and it might as well be me.

	I am very busy, and I do not often make up questionnaires, but
when time permits, I will do so.
